Travel over 1 driving hour from zip code 01701 will incur a fee of $50 per hour of travel OR the federal mandated reimbursement rate* per mile traveled (whichever is greater). Travel over 2.5 driving hours may require hotel accommodations.

*As of March 2024 the current mileage reimbursement rate is .67 per mile.
